How information submitted through this website is used. Updated 26 October 2026.
Your draft on this device
We keep your enquiry draft and calculator estimate in this browser tab using sessionStorage so you can continue across pages and languages. Drafts can be restored for up to two hours after the last edit; older drafts are ignored on return. Closing the tab or choosing Clear draft removes them. Details are sent to our team only when you submit. Local previews simulate sending and do not send email.
Your enquiries
The enquiry form asks for your name, phone number, project location and service requirement. You may add company details, email, dates, load estimates and a project description. We use these details to respond and discuss your requirements.
Delivery & access
After you review and send an enquiry, it is delivered through our hosting service to our company mailbox. The website does not create a customer account. Company email and hosting providers process the message to deliver and store correspondence.
Security & technical records
The receiver uses validation, an anti-spam field and request limits. It keeps hashed IP identifiers and counters to apply these limits. Hosting providers may keep technical request logs for operation and security.
Maps & external services
Google Maps is embedded on this website. Loading a map connects your browser to Google and may share technical information such as your IP address. External social links open services with their own privacy policies.
Careers & your choices
Career applications are sent using your email application; attach only the information you intend to share. To ask about your information, request a correction or discuss deletion, contact admin@asf-egypt.com. Some correspondence may need to be retained for business or legal requirements.
